The Path…

  • Connect - Reach out and we’ll discuss your goals, your property, and get to know each other a bit.

  • Evaluate - We’ll schedule a time to walk the property, discuss maintenance needs, revenue goals (if renting), and develop a strategy together based on revenue projections.

  • Go - We’ll list the property on all major booking sites, and begin renting, with monthly financial statements including all revenue and expenses.
